A captivating retreat right at the sand dunes! The pool area provided a refreshing escape, even if chilly, and the family rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Dining was delightful, and the staff went out of their way to make our camel ride at sunset a highlight. Truly remarkable!

I had a fantastic stay where I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and sat in cozy communal areas with great vibes after my daily adventures. The atmosphere was calm, perfect for unwinding, but the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in my room. Definitely try the local cuisine, it's a real treat! 😊

The location right against the dunes can't be beaten. Stepping out and immediately feeling the warm desert sand between my toes was magical. The views during sunset were stunning, turning the dunes into a canvas of colors. My room was spacious, decorated in local style, and snugly comfy. The shower's water pressure was decent, but I had an inconvenience when the tap fell off, leaving me with no cold water. While the staff generally were helpful, one particular staff member was quite rude about a transfer fee, which left a sour note. Food options were limited to a set menu that felt overpriced for what was offered, missing the chance for more variety. The communal areas were inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Despite a few bumps, the experience was overall unique and enjoyable.

The location offers direct access to the dunes, with the thrill of stepping outside and instantly feeling the desert sand. The rooms are spacious and reflect local decor, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day in the heat.
Maintenance seems neglected. I had issues with a shower where the tap fell off, leaving me without cold water. The dining options are limited to a set menu that feels overpriced for what's offered. A hefty transfer fee was charged to get to the local bus, much higher than typical rates for taxis. the road was tricky to navigate due to recent rains, which added some frustration to my arrival.
